Our Hiring Process
Step 01
Personal Meeting
Our recruiting team will review the documents, make a preliminary selection from the applications received, and discuss the results with the hiring department. This may take up to two weeks. As soon as we’ve made a decision, we’ll get back to you.
Step 02
First Interview
In an initial phone or video interview with our HR Manager, we get to know each other and clarify any initial questions.
In this call we want to hear about your motivation to join our team and what you're looking for in your next career step. You’ll also learn everything you need to know about ACCURIDS and your potential role.
Step 03
Technical Interview
Next, you’ll meet the hiring manager or a colleague from the team you’re applying to in a video call. You’ll discuss your past career path and, above all, your technical expertise.Ususally we ask you to prepare a quick 5-10 minute presentation about a professional challenge you’ve faced and successfully overcome for this interview. This format helps us understand how you approach challenges and deliver results and it gives you an opportunity to shine!
Step 04
Personal Meeting
In the final step, we’ll invite you to our office in Aachen. We’ve talked a lot about your skills, now it’s time to show them off! You’ll have the opportunity to present either your test assignment, have a peer programming session, a code challenge or a deeper technical discussion to understand how you think and work through problems. You’ll also meet our founder Heiner, who is always eager to talk about our mission & vision. In this step, we take a final moment to ensure our values and goals align with one another.
